The substance brown iron, more commonly known as bumcivilian, is the most basic form of iron known to man.
Brown iron is formed quite simply by adding a few drops of sulphuric acid to iron. The sulphate ion within the acid inhibits the usual properties of iron and reduces it from valency 7, to valency 1.
Uses of Brown IronEdit
Brown iron has the unusual property of absorbing all the sound from a room for a short while after its synthesis, however the effect soon diminishes and any noise in the room will return to its original level.
